A MAN was attacked by another male brandishing a baseball bat in Trimdom Village on Wednesday.
Police are appealing for information about the incident, with occurred on Church Road at around 9.50pm.
The 38-year-old man, who was walking home from work, was attacked by one of three males who crossed the road from a bus stop on the other side of Church Road.
The victim was struck several times with the bat on the back of his legs and once on the head.
He suffered an abrasion on his neck, and bruised legs but did not need hospital treatment.
The three men ran off towards the Labour Club on Front Street South.
