DETECTIVES are hunting a man who subjected a teenager to a serious sexual assault as she made her way home after a night out.
The attack took place around 4.30am on Friday, March 13, at Pannal, Harrogate, as the 17-year-old was dropped off by friends.
The victim was on the corner of Station Road in the village when she was approached by a man who sexually assaulted her.
He then ran away in an unknown direction leaving his shaken victim.
The suspect is white, aged between 40 and 45, about 5ft 10in tall and of average build with broad shoulders.
He was clean shaven with blond/brown hair that looked cropped and very bright blue eyes.
