PEPPA FAN: Lucy Greenwell, three, from Darlington, meets Peppa pig at the Cornmill Centre
HUNDREDS of children met their television heroes at a shopping centre yesterday.
Children’s TV character Peppa Pig visited Darlington’s Cornmill Centre, along with her little brother, George. The queues to see the Baftanominated characters led outside the shopping centre and up the street. Visitors who waited to see Peppa and George were able to shake hands and have their photograph taken with the characters, before being given a goody bag and balloon.
