YOUNGSTERS attending a film screening yesterday got more than they bargained for.
Members of the King’s Church, in Richmond, North Yorkshire, built a mock-up ark and dressed as animals to greet visitors for the screening of comedy film Evan Almighty, at the town hall.
Entry to the film was free.
The film, which parodies the biblical tale of Noah and the ark, is a sequel to the 2003 movie Bruce Almighty, and stars Steve Carell as Evan, pictured below, and Morgan Freeman as God.
