Hannah bids to be model student
A STUDENT from the region has reached the finals of a competition to find Miss Student UK.
Hannah Williams, pictured, from York, studies management and leadership studies at Anglia Ruskin University, in Cambridge, and entered the contest after seeing it advertised on the internet.
She could win £10,000, a holiday for two in Europe and a modelling photoshoot.
The 19-year-old won through a regional final, judged by model Caprice, and will take part in the national finals in June, when she will take part in catwalk parades and interviews.
