Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was robbed in Churchill Road, Eston, at around 11.30pm, April 8.
The man was pushed to the ground before being robbed of personal items out of his pockets.
His attacker is described as 5ft 8ins tall, with broad shoulders and wearing a light coloured hooded top.
Witnesses are asked to call DC Ian Cox, of Redcar CID, on 01642-302626.
