POLICE are appealing for witnesses after two incidents of indecent exposure.
The first incident took place at 1.45pm on March 31 when a 36-year-old woman was walking with a pushchair along Lowfields Avenue in Ingleby Barwick.
As she approached the junction with Burdon Garth, a man stepped out from behind some bushes and exposed himself.
The man is described as white, 6ft tall, 18-20-years-old, average build and wearing a navy blue beanie hat.
He was wearing dark coloured tracksuit bottoms with white vertical stripes down the leg.
The second incident took place at around 10pm April 1.
A 39-year-old woman saw a man exposing himself while stood on the pavement outside her bedroom wondow, which overlooks Florence Court, in Ingleby Barwick, when a man standing on the pavement outside turned around to face her, exposing himself.
He is described as white, slim build, 6ft tall, clean shaven with short brown hair and a long face.
He was wearing a brown beanie hat, dark tracksuit bottoms and a dark three-quarter length jacket.
Police are linking the two incidents and believe the suspects arethe same man.
