CLASSICAL and modern works will be aired at a choral concert to be staged later this month.
Chester-le-Street Civic Choir is to stage their latest show Spring Voices on Saturday, April 18.
During the show, the choir will be joined by baritone Clark Adamson as guest soloist.
The first half of the show will feature classical favourites, including Vivaldi’s Gloria, while the second half will cover renditions of more modern works such as Bridge Over Troubled Water, Gonna Rise Up Singin’ and I Believe.
The concert takes place in the Parish Centre, Church Chare, Chester-le-Street at 7.15pm. Tickets are priced £4.50 and can be booked in advance on 01388 816521.
