A RAIL company has been unveiled as a cathedral’s second corporate partner.
Chester-le-Track, which operates Chester-le-Street station, has signed up to support the development of Durham Cathedral.
Funds from the deal will go to the cathedral’s fiveyear £7m development programme to enhance the cathedral’s work in heritage, education, tourism, arts and culture and community work.
The first partner was minerals and transport operator Hargreaves Services.
