SPRING will be in the air next weekend at two free family events.
A sound and craft day called Spring Noises will be held at Ceddesfeld Hall, in Sedgefield, on Wednesday April 15.
During the event a sound track will be made using music and noisesand participants will make instruments and take part in spring inspired crafts.
There will be a Blossoming Crafts session at Spennymoor Leisure Centre on Friday April 17 with a series of activities including making animal masks and silk painting.
Both days are suitable for all ages, under eight-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult and run from 10am to 3pm.
