SPORTS fan will be stepping up to the oche to test their darts skills against some of the best players in the world.
Around 500 people are expected to pack out Redcar Bowl on May 1 to see BDO champion Ted "The Count" Hankey, Wayne "Hawaii 5-O" Mardle, Ronnie "The Rocket" Baxter and James "The Machine" Wade in action.
And they'll get a chance to have a go themselves - the stars will play against their fans in the audience before going head to head in a round-robin tournament with each other.
Alan Mitchell, the leisure facilities officer at the Bowl said the evening is set to be a huge success.
"We ran a similar night last year, and it was stunning - a complete sell-out. Were expecting this one to be even better," he said.
"Our master of ceremonies for the evening is Little Richard Ashdown of Setanta Sports, and the Bowl will be decked out for the occasion with a full stage set, large projection screen and cameras on the dart board to transmit the live action to the audience."
Tickets are £12, which includes a pie and pea supper, and they are available from the box office on 01642-480636.
