Two people have been hospitalised after falling "unwell" on Stockton High Street.
The incident was reported to the North East Ambulance Service at 1.07pm.
Two ambulances were sent and both patients were taken to North Tees Hospital to more treatment.
A NEAS spokesperson said: "We received a call at 1.07pm this afternoon to reports of two people unwell on Stockton High Street.
"We dispatched two ambulance crews and transported two patients to North Tees Hospital for further treatment."
