A 200-home development in County Durham has opened to the public with a show home now available for viewings.
Housebuilder Avant Homes North East has unveiled the three-bedroom detached show home at its £43.6 million Westward Green development in Willington.
The development, situated just off the A690, consists of a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, featuring 15 of Avant Homes' house types.
Prices start at £122,500 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Denby house type and go up to £299,995 for a five-bedroom detached Cookridge house type.
Prospective buyers can now visit the three-bedroom Leyburn show home to get a first-hand experience of Avant Homes' practically designed, energy-efficient new homes.
The show home includes a large living room, an open-plan kitchen and dining area with French doors leading to the rear garden, a WC, and a utility room on the ground floor.
