A North East police force is urging parents to stay vigilant about their children's whereabouts.
Hartlepool Police have put out a statement warning parents to be mindful of where their children are and what they are up to ahead of the weekend.
The warning comes as a group of six teenagers aged 14 and 15 received AS13 notices after reports of disruptive and distressing behaviour in the marina area of Hartlepool.
These notices are a formal warning identifying their involvement in actions that can alarm or disturb the public.
If these warnings are ignored, the parents of the children may also face additional consequences for the actions of their child.

Inspector Adrian Dack of Hartlepool Neighbourhoods said: "I would urge parents and carers to ensure that they are aware of what their children are doing and where they are.
“Whilst I understand that youngsters want to socialise, they can do this without causing problems for other members of the public and business owners in the area.
"I would remind them to think carefully about how their behaviour may affect others and ask them to be more considerate.
“If children are be found to be involved in this kind of behaviour, we will ensure that parents and schools are informed which could lead to further consequences.”
