Two people were treated at the scene of a five-vehicle crash on the A19 this morning.
The incident happened just before 7:30am this morning on the A19 at Easington.
Five vehicles were involved in the crash and a double crewed ambulance and duty officer were sent to help by the North East Ambulance Service.
Two people were treated and discharged at the scene.

A North East Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called to a five-vehicle road traffic collision on the A19 at Easington shortly before 7.30 this morning.
"We dispatched a double-crewed ambulance and a duty officer.
"Two patients were treated and discharged at the scene."
