Pattinsons advises that the property is freehold with a title number DU26625.
The EPC rating for the property is available upon request, with the pub rated C and the maisonette rated E.
The CAMRA website lists the Oddfellows Arms as closed long-term as of June 1, 2023, with the future of the property remaining uncertain.
