A man has pleaded not guilty to the murder of John 'Bamber' Donaldson after he was allegedly stabbed to death.
Andrew Clark was arrested on November 24 following the suspected stabbing in the Lealholm Walk area of Eston on November 21 at 9pm.
Mr Donaldson, 34, was taken to James Cook University Hospital by ambulance and died a short time later.

Clark, 38, of Harlech Close in Middlesbrough, pleaded not guilty to murder, possession of a knife and criminal damage.
He was remanded in custody until his trial next year.
Judge Jonathan Carroll told Clark that his trial would take place from May 12.
