A police dog played a vital role in capturing a suspect after an incident in the early hours of the morning.

PD Moose and his police officer colleagues were called to Stockton Town Centre at around 2.20am (Tuesday, November 26), following a report of a man being assaulted by three others who were allegedly armed with weapons.

The suspects made off from police, but PD Moose took off, catching one of the escapees.
