A police dog played a vital role in capturing a suspect after an incident in the early hours of the morning.
PD Moose and his police officer colleagues were called to Stockton Town Centre at around 2.20am (Tuesday, November 26), following a report of a man being assaulted by three others who were allegedly armed with weapons.
The suspects made off from police, but PD Moose took off, catching one of the escapees.

A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: "PD Moose earned himself an extra treat or two after playing a vital role in an incident in the early hours of today!
"Moose chased and detained a 24-year old man who was then arrested on suspicion of affray and of possessing an offensive weapon."
Officers arrested another man, also 24, on suspicion of affray. Both remain in police custody, facing interview as enquiries continue.
