After two years, Sam Fender is returning to St James’ Park. 

The North Shields star will be back at the home of Newcastle United once again for two huge concerts in June next year as part of his People Watching tour across the globe. 

Sam got St James’ Park bouncing with his packed out gigs back in 2023 - and no doubt the tickets for next year will similarly be in very high demand. 

The Seventeen Going Under hitmaker has already sold out his UK leg of the tour, which includes an exclusive concert at the Utilita Arena in a matter of weeks.

As the pre-sale prepares to launch and with general sale only a matter of days away, here is everything you need to know about Sam Fender at St James’ Park.

 

When are the concerts?

Sam Fender will return to St James’ Park for two nights next year - the first being Thursday, June 12, and the second on Saturday, June 14. 

The two Newcastle dates will take place after Sam performs his biggest headline show to date at the London Stadium on Friday, June 6.

 

Who are the opening acts? 

Sam has announced two special guests for the concerts. 

Irish singer and songwriter CMAT will perform at all three dates while American rock band The War on Drugs will perform at the June 6 and 14 concerts. 

 

When is the presale? 

The presale for the St James’ Park and London Stadium concerts takes place at 9.30am on Tuesday, November 26.

How do I access the presale? 

Fans who pre-ordered Sam’s new People Watching album from the official store before 10am on Monday (November 25) will have access to the presale. 

Sam confirmed on Monday evening that all presale codes and links had been sent out, asking fans to check their spam and trash folders. 

Newcastle United also secured presale tickets exclusively available for Mags+ members at book.newcastleunited.com - with anything remaining from this allocation being made available to season ticket holders and all other Mags Members on November 29.

Hospitality packages for both shows can be secured now, for all hospitality clients with a previous purchase history.

When is general sale? 

You’ll be able to grab tickets on general sale on Friday, November 29.

Can I get tickets for other dates across Europe and the US? 

There are still several dates with tickets still available - although the majority of those are concerts across the United States. 

All UK shows have sold out, with the only gigs with tickets still available in Europe being in Bergamo and the Rock Werchter 2025 festival.
