Six boys - including a 13-year-old - have been arrested after a BMW was stolen from a Middlesbrough home.
The incident took place yesterday (Wednesday, November 20) when a grey BMW was stolen from a property on Honister Grove, in Acklam, at about 9.10pm.
In the early hours of this morning (Thursday, November 21) the car was spotted in the Stokesley area, sparking a police chase as it travelled towards Helmsley.
Cleveland Police, with the assistance of colleagues from North Yorkshire Police, stopped the vehicle at about 3.45am.
The Teesside force has confirmed that six teenage boys - one aged 13, two aged 15 and three 16-year-olds - were arrested.

Detectives are continuing to investigate whilst those arrested remain in police custody.
