A popular County Durham village's fish and chip shop is looking for a new owner after the retirement of its previous manager.
Lanchester Fish Bar was sold earlier this year when its previous owners, Henry and Clare Atkinson, decided to retire.
The new owner of the building, Richard Grieve, is now looking for someone to take over the running of the business.
Mr Grieve said: "Lanchester Fish Bar has been a beloved part of the community for many years.
"The retirement of the previous owners after 23 years of successful operation marks the end of an era, but it also opens up new opportunities for the business.
"The fact that it's located in a sought-after rural area in Lanchester adds to its appeal.
"The community's interest in seeing the fish bar reopen is a positive sign.
"With new landlords actively looking for tenants to take over the lease, there's a great potential to breathe new life into this well-established business.
"It could be a fantastic opportunity for someone to step in and continue the legacy while bringing fresh ideas and energy to the table."

On Facebook, Mr Grieve posted: "Hi everyone, we are the new owners of Lanchester Fish Bar, we intend to move into the house, but are looking for someone to take over the fish bar on a lease, anyone interested please contact me for more information."
In early November, former owners Henry and Clare Atkinson announced their decision to step away from the business, after more than two decades.
Henry said: "As many of you know, I have been planning to retire after 23 years living and running my business in Lanchester.
"We are sad to be leaving but also, at 76, glad to be able to put my feet up at last and enjoy some well-earned relaxation and time with Clare and our family and friends."
The takeaway has a 4/5 rating on TripAdvisor.
Anyone interested in taking over the business should contact Mr Grieve for further details.
