A restaurant in 'one of the oldest buildings in Yarm' has hit the market for £65,000.
Situated on Yarm High Street, Arabian Nights is available for purchase through estate agents Christie & Co.
In a prime location, the restaurant has been recently refurbished, maintaining its historical charm with the use of "many reclaimed materials from the era", according to the agents.
It has gained popularity for its Mediterranean cuisine, earning five-star reviews and a high Tripadvisor rating.
The business is operated with both full and part-time staff, with further details available upon request, and includes a dining area with seating for about 40, a bar, a new commercial-grade kitchen, customer toilets, and storage facilities.
Christie & Co advise that the majority of fixtures and fittings are owned outright and will be included in the sale, subject to an inventory.

The trade fixtures and fittings are said to be "substantially free from loan, lease or hire purchase agreement".
Arabian Nights, which has an annual rent of £25,800, has a 10-year lease, with eight years remaining.
The restaurant has projected an annual net turnover of about £225,000 for 2024.
The current trading hours are from 4pm to 10pm Monday to Wednesday, 4pm to 11pm on Thursdays, and 12pm to 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
The restaurant is closed on Sundays.
Christie & Co describe Arabian Nights as "an excellent opportunity for an owner-operator to purchase a well-known and thriving restaurant and operate along the same lines as the current owner".
They also suggest that an experienced operator with multiple sites could expand the current offer and run the business as a managed house.
