A County Durham restaurant has won a Good Food award for the second consecutive year.
Soamis Trio in Consett was named a 2024/25 Good Food Award winner and given the Blue Ribbon.
The Good Food Awards honour restaurants for their food quality, service, and value, based on customer ratings and votes.
Owner Parvin Kumar described the restaurant, which serves three world cuisines, as a "delightful fusion of Indian, Mexican, and Thai foods and drinks".
Following the award announcement, Parvin said: "To our guests, thank you for choosing us and for your continued loyalty.
"You're the reason we strive to deliver the best, every single day.
"And to our amazing staff, your commitment to excellence and passion for what we do makes this achievement possible."

The Good Food Awards celebrate "top-notch food, service, and value," basing the awards on customer opinion.
By using customer feedback, online reviews, nominations, and votes, they ensure the awards reflect genuine dining experiences.
A Good Food Award spokesperson said: "Many awardees continue to shine by maintaining the high standards that first earned them recognition."
Soamis Trio's consistent high standards have earned them this prestigious accolade for the second year running.
In July, Soami's welcomed Gogglebox stars Anne and Ken to the restaurant and have previously fed Hairy Biker Si King at the site in Consett.
