What are your plans for Boxing Day? Perhaps you'll be polishing off the rest of the turkey, stuffing and the last of the good chocolate. Maybe you're dealing with endless boxes and packaging from Christmas Day or simply taking a day out to chill and relax.

There's always another option though - you can run with glee into the ocean in freezing temperatures in aid of a good cause through a Boxing Day Dip.

Each year, thousands across the region take part in the event which sees participants jump into the ocean in fancy dress for a chilly swim for either fun, charity or simply pure adrenaline.

As always, there's a whole host of Boxing Day Dips which have been organised up and down the coast for you to choose from if you fancy a rather different Boxing Day experience this year.
