A Stockton supermarket is offering a bread and milk bundle for a penny.
The Clarendon Local Premier store, on Dovecot Street, has launched a special deal as part of its home delivery service, in partnership with Snappy Shopper.
The bundle includes Hovis Bread and Embleton Hall 2l Fresh milk for just a penny - a purchase shoppers would normally have to cough up £3 for.
The deal has been launched to help Stockton residents amid the ongoing cost of living crisis, and will be available exclusively at the store until November 10.
Kollins Fernando Rock, owner of Clarendon Local, said: “This is not only an amazing deal, but it also helps the community by reducing the cost of living.”
