Police have seized a car after it had been illegally used in a North East town.
Acting on information that they received from the local community, officers attended to Leven Street, in Saltburn, at 9.30am today (Thursday, November 7).
They found a black Audi TT that had a number of vehicle offences associated with it and the car has now been taken.

A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "Officers located a black Audi TT that had numerous vehicle offences including being without tax for eight months and didn’t hold a valid MOT certificate since 2023.
"The DVLA has not been notified and the vehicle has been recovered by police.
"If you believe a vehicle is being used illegally, please report it by contacting Cleveland Police via the website."
