Artist Lucy Pittaway is celebrating the fifth anniversary of her gallery in Yarm.
Based on the High Street, the gallery will be hosting a range of activities for art lovers and families this weekend, with every visitor being entered into a prize draw to win a £250 voucher.
Artist and founder Lucy shared her thoughts on the milestone, telling us: "The Yarm Gallery was our third to open, and it’s been amazing to see how warmly it’s been embraced by the local community. The people in and around Yarm have shown us such wonderful support over the years, and we’re thrilled to celebrate this special anniversary with them."
For younger visitors, the gallery will be staging an Artwork Hunt encouraging children to explore the gallery and discover art in an interactive way.
There will also be a Selfie Peep Board featuring one of Lucy’s beloved sheep characters, so customers can snap a photo, share their selfies with @lucypittawayart and have the chance to be featured on the gallery’s social media channels.
