Owner of the Bishop Auckland location, Sreekanth Raju, expressed his enthusiasm about joining the local business community.
He said: "We are looking forward to welcoming you."
The opening celebration provides an opportunity to sample the diverse menu and engage with the team and local community.
Signs for the sweet-treat-selling business went up at the retail park in October and the ice cream and waffle sellers will move into unit five of the park, becoming the newest venue to the site which opened in the summer.
Kaspas joins the likes of Popeyes, Greggs and PureGym at the new retail park.
