A former Hollywood actor who is wanted for recall to prison could be in County Durham, police have revealed.
Police are asking the public's help to locate Jason Hoganson, 53, who is wanted for recall to prison for breaching his licence conditions.
A spokesperson for Northumbria Police said: "It is believed that Hoganson is actively evading arrest and that he could be anywhere in our Force area or County Durham.
"Anyone who sees Hoganson should not approach him and instead contact us immediately.
"Please be aware that harbouring a wanted person is an offence and those involved could face prosecution."

Hoganson featured in national news coverage in September when he was released early from prison and was photographed raising a thumb as he left Durham Prison.
He had a leading role in the 1987 film Empire State.
Anyone who has information should contact the police on 101.
