Emergency services closed a road in Stockton last night after two crashes - one of which involved a police car.
The police, fire service and ambulances attended the scene of both crashes and Maritime Road was closed.
Cleveland Police have confirmed that a police car was involved in a crash with a Ford Fiesta.
In total, three people were treated by the North East Ambulance Service.
North East Ambulance Service has commented regarding both incidents.
A spokesperson said: "We were called a road traffic collision last night (4 November) shortly before 7:30pm on Church Road in Stockton.
"We dispatched one ambulance crew and treated one patient at the scene."
Regarding the second incident, they confirmed that two patients were treated at the scene.
They said: "We were called a road traffic collision last night (4 November) at 20:13 on Maritime Road in Stockton.

"We dispatched one ambulance crew and treated two patients at the scene."
A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "It was a two-vehicle collision involving a police car and a Ford Fiesta.
"There were no injuries."
