The first property, at 52-52A Church Street, is currently leased to a local fruit and vegetable shop.
The shop is 542 sq ft and has been on a six-month rolling tenancy since February 2023, bringing in £3,900 per year in rent.
Upstairs is a one-bedroom flat, measuring 344 sq ft, which is separately accessible from the rear yard.
This is rented out on an assured shorthold tenancy, generating an annual rent of £4,800.
The second property, at 64-66 Church Street, is also a two-storey mixed-use building.

The first floor flat, 64A, is a one-bedroom flat, also independently accessible and rented on an assured shorthold tenancy. This generates an annual rent of £4,800.
Adjacent to this is a two-bedroom house, independently heated and measuring 829 sq ft.
This is also rented on an assured shorthold tenancy, bringing in £4,800 per year.
The third property, at 79-79A Church Street, is similar to the other two properties.
The ground floor shop has been occupied by a local gift and card shop on a rolling licence since July 2010, generating £3,900 per year in rent.
Upstairs is a two-bedroom flat, independently accessible and also rented out on an assured shorthold tenancy, bringing in £4,800 per year.
In total, the properties are generating £27,000 annually.
Carver Commercial said the total estimated rental value of the properties is £31,800 if they are fully let.
