The biggest fireworks display in the whole of the North East lit up the skies last night - take a look at some pictures of the night here.
Thousands were in attendance at the Kynren site in Bishop Auckland last night (November 2) for Pyromusical - the show of a lifetime that involved dozens of fireworks filling the sky with vibrant colours.
For the sixth year, the show saw fireworks of every colour fly into the air from the 7.5-acre stage as around 8,000 attendees watched on.
Those attending were promised a "fantastic evening of memorable family entertainment" by bosses who put together the 25-minute display.
Organisers previously said: "The North East’s biggest Pyromusical fireworks spectacular returns for its sixth edition on Saturday 2nd November 2024, following the success of previous years’ sell-out shows.
"The magical, multi-sensory event, set in a 7.5-acre stage and lighting up the night skies above Bishop Auckland, promises to be a fantastic evening of memorable family entertainment.
"The annual event is a perfect evening out for family and friends, with safe viewing and seating ideally suited for everyone from grandparents to young children. There will be numerous fire pits around the venue to provide warmth and an atmospheric glow.
"The 25-minute display is produced by the pyrotechnics team renowned for their epic displays set to music on the Kynren stage."
