North East duo Hunnie returned to the stage of ITV’s The Voice last night
North East duo Jenna Cole and Olivia Irvin, known as Hunni, gave a stellar performance, singing their debut single ‘Heartbeat’.
It comes a year after the pair won the 2023 version of the ITV talent competition.
Fans took to social media to share their views, with one saying: ‘I’m loving this song’, ‘a great performance’ penned another.
Hunni continued to busk in the North East, as well as perform at festivals including Mouth Of The Tyne as well as supporting ‘Out Of Reach’ star, Gabrielle, at Durham Cathedral.
Their latest single 5+5 is also out now, alongside an accompanying music video, with Jen,21, from Whitley Bay and Liv, 24, from Spennymoor, promising more music is on the way.
The four four finalists gave their all for the last time on Saturday night (October 26) on The Voice UK as they battled it out to be named the winner.
The Voice coaches Sir Tom Jones, Will.i.am, LeAnn Rimes as well as Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones were back in their chairs for the last time this series as they hoped to see their chosen finalist be crowned champion.
Billy and Louie, coached by Sir Tom Jones, Ava, coached by Tom and Danny, Deb Orah, coached by LeAnn Rimes and Storry, coached by Will.i.am, all went head-to-head - with Ava crowned the winner of The Voice UK 2024.
