Police tracked down this stolen motorbike minutes after four men in balaclavas were seen stealing it from an underground car park. 

Two Hartlepool PCSOs sprang into action following the theft at the town's Middleton Grange Shopping Centre on Friday (October 25).

A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "Two Hartlepool PCSOs tracked down this stolen motorbike within just five minutes of it being stolen.

"Our colleagues at the Community Safety Enforcement Team had contacted police shortly after 3.35pm yesterday (Friday 25th October) to report four males in balaclavas were stealing the bike from the underground car park at Middleton Grange Shopping Centre.

"PCSOs Widdowfield and Devonport used their expert local knowledge, quickly locating the bike at the rear of a house in Thornton Street."
