A well-known comedian has been spotted at a County Durham tourist attraction as part of his 'unique' TikTok series across the UK.
Dom Joly, best known for his stand-up routines and TV programme 'Trigger Happy TV,' was seen in the grounds of Raby Castle, near Staindrop, last week after visiting the historic grounds.
This visit was all part of a series from the comedian, called 'Dom Joly Castle Slagger' - where he goes around castles in the UK trying to give humorous comments about the architecture.
Despite the name of the series, Dom was complimentary towards Raby Castle - calling it "beautiful" and also remaining upbeat about the £18 admission fee, while making a jibe at Warwick Castle for its expensive admission fee.
After his visit, the comedian uploaded the video to TikTok, which shows him looking around the grounds of Raby and inside the castle.

And what was his verdict? After enjoying the gardens and all of the artefacts inside the castle - he declared that it was "the best castle I've ever been to".
The clip, which you can watch here if you have TikTok, shows the impressive castle - although the comedian does go on a little bit of a sweary rampage in parts of the two-minute clip, so viewers are advised about that.
After posting the video, people were in agreement that Raby is incredible - with one commenter saying: "You're definitely right - Raby is amazing!"
