Seventy-five newly built Teesside homes have been officially handed over to an agency managing them.
The properties at Kirkleatham, Redcar, were constructed by Vistry North East and are part of a flexible supported housing scheme delivered in collaboration with Beyond Housing, designed for tenants requiring minimal support.
The development allows residents to live independently, with additional support available from care packages, and family or informal arrangements.
Helena Powell, a resident who recently moved into one of the bungalows, said: "Moving into my new bungalow has changed my life.
"I cannot remember how long it’s been since I had any kind of positive outlook, but now, with the benefit of my adapted facilities and the help of the people at Beyond Housing, who have cared and supported me every step of the way, I’m really looking forward to the years ahead."

The centrepiece of the project is 'The Tides,' a building comprising 14 one-bedroom and 31 two-bedroom apartments.
Around this are 12 one-bedroom houses, 12 two-bedroom flats, four two-bedroom bungalows, and two three-bedroom bungalows.
All homes have been designed to encourage independent living.
The properties are being advertised on Tees Valley Home Finder, with assured tenancies available to successful applicants.
Clare Harrigan, director of development at Beyond Housing, said: "Our long-standing partnership with Vistry Homes North East, throughout all phases of the Kirkleatham development, has enabled Beyond Housing to deliver a superb collection of high quality homes with a range of tenures and options to meet the needs of all our customers."
Andrew Rennie, development director at Vistry North East, added: "We are delighted to have handed over these new homes, delivering flexible supported housing for people who need lower levels of support."
The project, part of a 650-home, three-phase multi-tenure development, won Residential Development of the Year at the Insider Property Awards North East and has a five-star rating from the Home Builders Federation.
