A man has been charged with driving offences and possession of a bladed article after a traffic stop.
A 29-year-old was stopped by officers from Cleveland Police after a reports of an incident in Hartlepool on Tuesday evening (October 22).
Matrix Team officers stopped a vehicle which was allegedly being driven dangerously on Jowitt Road, and arrested a man.
Hartlepool CID officers have charged him with dangerous driving, failing to stop, criminal damage and possession of a bladed article.
The man is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today (Thursday. October 24).
