A young man has gone missing after walking out of hospital yesterday - and police are growing increasingly concerned for him.
Jack Field, 25, has gone missing from York District Hospital after leaving the premises at 4pm on Wednesday, October 23.
He was last seen in the Groves area of York but has connections to Copmanthorpe and Dewsbury in West Yorkshire as well.
North Yorkshire Police have asked the public to be on the look out for him.
Jack is described as a white man, approximately 6 feet tall, and heavily tattooed.

He was last seen wearing a black Canada Goose-style coat, black shorts, and black and white trainers.
If you have any information about Jack's whereabouts, please contact North Yorkshire Police at 101. In case of an immediate sighting, please call 999.
A spokesperson for the force said: "When providing information, please quote reference number NYP-23102024-0350."
