The building of a popular Teesside matchday venue has been put on the market for £90,000.
Parker Barras estate agents have listed Hit The Bar, in Bridge Street East, Middlesbrough, for sale.
This independent venue, located in Middlesbrough's Historic Quarter, holds a long-term lease with the option to renew at £13,000 plus VAT per annum.
Due to its location, there are no business rates payable on the property.
The sale includes a premises license, which has no incidents, covering the main bar and two fully licensed shipping containers.
An outdoor area at the bar has recently been improved, with a 25-metre branded fence and 36 new six-seater picnic benches.
Shipping containers on the site have been renovated to match the main bar.
The property also benefits from a pavement license that has doubled in size since 2023.

The bar has a five-star hygiene rating and an eight-year history with a positive reputation.
It has a Google listing with 4.5-star reviews and has garnered a following on social media, with more than 5,000 followers on Facebook, 1,000 on Twitter, and 3,500 on Instagram.
In 2021, £15,000 was invested to install utilities under the street from the main building to the shipping containers, with future growth in mind.
The venue has hosted high profile gigs, including performances by The Lathums, The Sherlocks, and Jamie Webster.
The bar was the only venue in Teesside to be given permission for an outdoor big screen event for Euro 2024, due to its reputation and event plan.
The estate agents said that the venue is primarily event-based, opening for Middlesbrough FC home games, private hires, and gigs.
They noted that there is potential for increased business hours as the area continues to develop.
The estate agents added that all three bars have recently been fully renovated, with new coolers, heat dumps, and 21 new taps.
The estate agents recommend viewing the property to appreciate its full potential.
