North East TV stars Si King and George Clarke were spotted back in the region over the weekend as they teased exciting news for fans.
Si King, half of the TV chef duo The Hairy Bikers, announced he was opening a gourmet restaurant in Sunderland's Sheepfolds development.
'Propa' will offer a twist on the traditional pre-match pie and pint and the menu will also provide a culinary nod to King's TV partner Dave Myers who died earlier this year.
North East's TV housing guru George Clarke was also at Sheepfolds over the weekend for Sunderland's Business festival, as he announced he would be moving his property design charity to his home town.
Ministry of Building, Innovation and Education (Mobie), founded by Clarke, aims to train and inspire young people into the architecture industry in the UK.
Mobie is moving into Sheepfolds in Sunderland having previously helped to design courses at Teesside University.
