Christmas plans for a North East shopping centre have been unveiled, including the chance to become an elf for a day.
Eldon Square in Newcastle has announced the return of its Elf School, which allows children to become "fully-fledged elves" for the day.
The event takes place on Saturday, November 23, Sunday, December 1, Saturday, December 14, and Sunday, December 15 at the Community Quarter, opposite Chatime.
In a 30-minute session, children will meet the head elf, Candy Cane, and receive an elf hat and face paint.
They will also enjoy a Christmas sing-along, storytime, a present-stacking game, and make their own reindeer food before graduating with a certificate, chocolate lolly, and colouring sheet.
Tickets cost £3 per child and can be booked online, with all funds going to the Newcastle United Foundation.

As well as Elf School, Eldon Square will also host an Elf Run on Sunday, December 1.
This 1km fun run around the shopping centre is open to people of all abilities.
Participants will receive an elf hat and medal, and enjoy a warm-up with Eldon Square's elves.
The run costs £3 per person to enter, with all funds again going to the Newcastle United Foundation.
Finally, the shopping centre has announced its Christmas shopping offering, with over 140 retailers including John Lewis & Partners, Fenwick, Sephora, Next, and H&M.
There are also more than 20 restaurants such as The Alchemist, Bella Italia, and Chaophraya, for those looking to have a break from shopping.
Olivia Telfer, marketing manager at Eldon Square, said: "We can’t wait for all the festive fun happening across the centre and are especially thrilled to be supporting the Newcastle United Foundation.
"The charity does fantastic work in improving physical and mental health, boosting learning and career prospects and providing life-changing opportunities for everyone – all things that Eldon Square is proud to champion.
"Whether you’re taking part in our festive run or shopping at our amazing retailers, we can’t wait to get you into the Christmas spirit."
