Residents across Darlington are getting into the spooky spirit this Halloween and have been decorating their houses to match.
The countdown is well and truly on and the whole town is getting into the spirit and contributing to the spooky atmosphere.
Whether you are picking out the perfect costume for your little ones, carving pumpkins into different shapes and scary faces or stocking up on sweets to hand out to trick-or-treaters, there is much to do leading up to October 31.
Some people are going above and beyond and are decorating their homes in an elaborate style, sparing no expense with inflatable decorations, spider webs, tape and so much more.
One of the most well-known homes in Darlington for this is on Hundens Lane which is renowned each year for its bewitching collection of decorations.
This year, the display ranges from a blow-up castle to ghouls soaring above the garden.
Here are just a few pictures of the home this year.
However, those living elsewhere in town have also been trying their hand at decorating this year.
A few readers have sent us their spooky houses all set up and ready for October 31 including Kamara Mills.
Her spooky set-up is almost entirely clown-themed - so if you're scared of creepy clowns then you might want to look away!

Laura Walker also showed us her eerie set up which cleverly includes a ghost that looks like it's jumping out of the window.
Pumpkin lights also shine the way to the door which is complete with a wreath. Do you have a spooky house you'd like to share? Get in touch with us.
