A child suffered a broken ankle in a car crash yesterday - and now police are asking the public for help with their investigation.
Cleveland Police are appealing for information and footage following a collision that resulted in the painful injury to a ten-year-old boy.
The incident, involving a white Landrover Defender, occurred at approximately 4.55pm on Friday (October 18) on Frederic Street in Hartlepool.
The young boy was taken to the University Hospital of North Tees for treatment.
Authorities are urging any witnesses to the incident or individuals in possession of CCTV, ring doorbell, or dash cam footage to come forward and assist with the investigation.
