Emergency services were at Teesside Park this morning dealing with a medical incident.
Reports were made at 11:05am that there was an emergency in a commercial building.
There were two double crewed ambulances, a clinical team leader and a specialist paramedic present.

A North East Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called to a medical incident at a commercial property at Teesside Shopping Park at 11:05 this morning.
"We dispatched two double crewed ambulances, a clinical team leader and a specialist paramedic."
Cleveland Police said that as it was a medical incident they would not comment further.
