Appeal for witnesses after a man was seen with a weapon in Guisborough yesterday.
The incident happened at around 10:10am on Union Street.
The police were called and told a man was walking along the street with a weapon.
Thankfully, nobody was injured but officers remain in the area while an investigation is carried out.

A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "Officers were called following reports a man was seen with a weapon on Union Street in Guisborough yesterday morning (16th October) at around 10.10am.
"No one was believed to have been injured. Officers will remain visible in the area whilst they continue to conduct their enquiries.
"Anyone with information is urged to contact us on 101, quoting reference number 198348."
