Popular desserts restaurant Kaspas is set to open a location at the newly opened Bishop Auckland retail park, becoming the latest brand to move to the site.
Signs for the sweet-treat-selling business have gone up at the retail park indicating that the store is readying for an opening day - however, that has not yet been confirmed by the dessert retailer.
The ice cream and waffle sellers will move into unit five of the park soon, becoming the newest entrant to the site which opened in the summer and joining the likes of Popeyes, Greggs and PureGym.
Fried-chicken giants Popeyes was first to open at the site back in March. It was closely followed by Greggs who moved into the neighbouring unit.

Kaspas is yet to reveal opening times for the location.
The chain offers desserts such as giant American waffles of various flavours including 'speculoos', 'Oreo crunch', and 'Little Moons', while also offering a slate of American-style milkshakes and smoothies.
TUI, Home Bargains, and The Range have also all opened there in the last few months.
Meanwhile, Reel Cinemas and Super Bowl UK are also attached to the retail park.
