A County Durham takeaway business has been put on the market by its current owner who has calmed fears the shop might be closing for good.
Stuffed Chippy and Bistro 22 in Dipton, near Stanley, have both been put up for sale with immediate effect, but will both remain open during the sale process.
Scoring 3.9 out of 5 stars on JustEat, Stuffed Chippy is one of two businesses at the site, with Bistro 22 also housed under the same roof. Bistro 22 has a 94 per cent recommendation rating on Facebook reviews.
The business' current owner Paul Reay Henderson said in a post on social media, "My beloved Stuffed Chippy and Bistro 22 are up for sale.
"I just simply don't have the time and business partner's job promotion is stretching the workload.

Selling 'Munchie boxes' and burgers as well as pizza and kebabs, the takeaways also have themed menus with Halloween items including a burger based on the 'Scream' horror franchise currently advertised online.
