Indie rock artist Sam Fender has teased fans with a mysterious countdown clock that has appeared on his website.
The North Shields star has revealed two clocks, counting down to different dates, which hint at something being announced on Friday (October 18) around 10am with another to come on Wednesday, November 13.
It comes as the Geordie singer-songwriter previously confirmed that his third album is complete and "mastered".
Although it’s not been confirmed, fans are speculating the two dates could mean an album and single release date for People Watching, plus a tour in the near future.
Those heading to Sam’s website are told to “get ready” and are directed to sign up for updates via email and text message.
“Alreeet. Thanks for joining. News very soon. Make sure you’re following below,” an email from the Seventeen Going Under hitmaker says.
On X, fans have also posted about their excitement for Sam’s announcements, as one said: “I am so glad Sam Fender will be releasing new music soon. One of the best artists live.”
Another put: “I’m guessing Sam fender album in November.”
This person wrote: “Sam Fender teasing new music on his insta story, buzzing is an understatement.”
“SAM FENDER IS BACK. I REPEAT SAM FENDER IS BACK,” exclaims this account.

One has been spotted on a vehicle driving by Newcastle’s Utilita Arena and near The Strawberry pub, a familiar place to Sam where partied back in 2021 when Newcastle United's takeover was confirmed.
The 30-year-old’s last tour came towards the end of 2022 in support of his second album, Seventeen Going Under, which was released in October 2021.
