A man who admitted defecating onto a town centre bench will have to wait to learn his fate.
Malcolm Wanless pleaded guilty to 'outraging public decency' at an earlier hearing when he was caught short while on Dovecot Street, in Stockton town centre.

The 68-year-old, of Hartington Road, Stockton, was charged with committing an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely defecated onto a public bench on June 1.
Wanless attended Teesside Crown Court to be sentenced yesterday (Tuesday, October 15) but was sent home as a pre-sentence report had not been completed.
Judge Francis Laird KC told the defendant that he must return to court on November 20 when he will be sentenced of the offence.
