The Metrocentre has announced a packed schedule of family-friendly events for the October half-term.
A full list of events has been revealed, with events including famous visitors and virtual reality gaming.
Meet the Gladiators - October 26
The week of fun kicks off on Saturday, October 26, with an appearance from stars of the BBC One show Gladiators.
Fans will have the chance to meet their favourite Gladiators, take photos, and participate in the Duel event, an inflatable balancing challenge.
The meet-and-greet sessions and inflatable arena will be available from 10 am to 4 pm on a first-come, first-served basis, completely free of charge.
Big Kid Circus - October 27 - November 3
The Big Kid Circus will be at the Metrocentre from Sunday, October 27, to Sunday, November 3.
The circus will feature acrobatics, comedy, and stunts.
Showtimes are at 4.45 pm and 7.30 pm on Sunday, October 27, 3 pm and 7 pm on weekdays, 1 pm, 4 pm, and 7 pm on Saturdays, and 12 pm and 3 pm on Sundays.
Tickets can be purchased from the Big Kid Circus website or the ticket office at the Coach Car Park starting from Friday, October 25.
Funday Monday - October 28
A family fun day will be held on Monday, October 28, with the chance to win exclusive prizes.
More details will be revealed on Metrocentre’s social media channels in the coming days.
HADO-ween - October 29 - November 1
The week of events will end with HADO-ween, which will be held from Tuesday, October 29, to Friday, November 1.
The event is a techno sport that combines high-energy activity with video games.
It will be held in partnership with the Newcastle United Foundation.
No booking is required for the event, which will run from 11 am to 5 pm.
